Led the technical management and delivery of major legal projects in Saudi Arabia for local law firms, including a project assessing the legal framework governing standards and quality, the identification and distribution of an estate exceeding approximately £1.4 billion, and the analysis of government tender documentation and preparation of technical and financial proposals for national law firms.
Legal Submissions & Pleadings in Complex Disputes — GCC
Prepared legal submissions and pleadings for GCC law firms across a range of complex disputes, including proceedings concerning the invalidity of a sale of shares in a Saudi company to a UAE investor with a transaction value equivalent to approximately £4 million, a claim by a Saudi bank against the heirs of its client exceeding approximately £1 million, and critical criminal matters involving violations of Saudi bankruptcy law.
Cross-Border Estate Administration & Distribution
Advised a law firm on identifying and tracing the assets of the estate of a Saudi businessman, valued at approximately £100 million, across several Arab and international jurisdictions, determining the legal requirements for transferring the assets to the heirs and advising on the resolution of related disputes.
