About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LAWARCHE website, including its consultation booking facilities, online enquiry functions and any defined-scope or digital services made available through the website.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
These Terms relate to use of the website and relevant online facilities. Where LawArche LLP accepts an instruction to provide professional services, the terms applicable to that engagement may also be set out in a separate engagement letter, service description, order confirmation or other agreed terms.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and terms specifically agreed for a particular professional engagement, the specifically agreed engagement terms will prevail in relation to that engagement.

Information on This Website
Content published on this website is provided for general information about LAWARCHE, its experience and the services that LawArche LLP may provide.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice concerning the particular circumstances of a matter.
Laws and regulatory requirements vary between jurisdictions and may change.
No website content should be understood as representing that a particular legal position applies to your circumstances without appropriate consideration of the relevant facts, applicable law and jurisdiction.
No Professional Relationship by Website Use
Accessing this website, submitting a general enquiry, using the booking system or communicating preliminary information to LawArche LLP does not, by itself, create a lawyer-client, adviser-client or other professional relationship.
LawArche LLP accepts an engagement only when it expressly confirms that it has agreed to act or provide the relevant service, subject where applicable to conflicts checks, identification or compliance requirements, agreement on scope and applicable fees, and any other appropriate onboarding requirements.
You should not send confidential, privileged or highly sensitive information through the general website enquiry form.
Where confidential documents or information are required, LawArche LLP may designate an appropriate secure communication or document-transfer channel.
Scope and Acceptance of Services
Descriptions of Practice Areas, consultations, Express Services or other services on the LAWARCHE website describe the types of work that may be available.
They do not constitute an obligation on LawArche LLP to accept a particular instruction.
Acceptance of an engagement may depend upon:
- the nature and scope of the proposed work;
- availability;
- conflicts checks;
- client identification and appropriate due diligence;
- applicable legal or professional requirements;
- jurisdictional considerations;
- agreement on fees and scope; and
- other appropriate onboarding requirements.
Consultation Bookings
LAWARCHE may offer consultations by secure video conference, telephone or another method expressly agreed with the client.
Unless otherwise stated during booking, a consultation is scheduled for 60 minutes.
The applicable consultation fee will be displayed during the booking process before payment is completed where online payment is available.
LawArche LLP operates on the Europe/London business timezone.
For convenience, appointment times may also be displayed in the visitor's detected or selected local timezone.
Clients are responsible for checking the confirmed appointment date, time and timezone shown in their booking confirmation.
Video Consultations
Where a Video Consultation is booked, the client will receive access to a private LAWARCHE consultation page.
Access becomes available at the confirmed scheduled start time and remains available for the scheduled consultation window.
The consultation access link is private and intended only for the authorised participant or participants.
Clients must not publish, forward or otherwise make a private consultation link available to an unauthorised person.
The video service may be provided through specialist third-party technology embedded within the LAWARCHE consultation environment.
LawArche LLP does not record or transcribe video consultations through the website consultation system by default.
Any future recording or transcription would require an appropriate basis, notice or agreement where required.
Telephone Consultations
Where a Telephone Consultation is selected, LAWARCHE will call the client using the telephone number supplied and confirmed during booking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the number supplied is accurate and that they are available to receive the call at the confirmed appointment time.
Consultation Fees
The standard consultation fee currently displayed through the booking service is:
£200 for one 60-minute consultation.
Any applicable fee must be paid or otherwise confirmed in accordance with the booking process before the consultation is treated as fully confirmed.
LawArche LLP may change consultation fees prospectively.
Any change will not alter the fee already agreed and paid for a confirmed consultation.
Non-Attendance, Cancellation and Rescheduling
The consultation fee is non-refundable where the client fails to attend or make themselves available during the scheduled consultation window.
Late attendance does not extend the scheduled end time unless LawArche LLP expressly agrees otherwise.
Where LawArche LLP is unable to provide a confirmed consultation at the agreed time, LawArche LLP will offer an appropriate alternative appointment or refund the consultation fee paid for that appointment.
Any additional cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed during booking or specifically agreed with the client will form part of the applicable booking terms.
Technical Requirements
For video consultations, users are responsible for ensuring that they have:
- a suitable device;
- a compatible browser;
- a functioning microphone and, where required, camera; and
- a sufficiently reliable internet connection.
Users should complete any available pre-call device check before the consultation.
LawArche LLP is not responsible for a client's inability to participate where the failure results from the client's equipment, connection or other systems outside LawArche LLP's reasonable control.
Defined-Scope and Express Services
LAWARCHE may make certain services available on a defined-scope, fixed-fee or Express basis.
The description displayed for a particular service identifies the intended scope of that service.
Additional work, expanded factual circumstances, additional jurisdictions or work falling outside the defined scope may require a separate engagement and fee agreement.
Purchase or request of a defined-scope service does not oblige LawArche LLP to undertake work outside the stated scope.
GCC and Cross-Border Work
LawArche LLP operates from the United Kingdom and provides cross-border consultancy services, including services concerning GCC jurisdictions.
Where a matter requires representation, reserved legal activity, local rights of audience, locally regulated services or other work that must be undertaken by an appropriately authorised professional, LawArche LLP may collaborate with, instruct, coordinate with or recommend appropriately qualified local counsel or another professional.
Such arrangements will be subject to the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction and, where appropriate, the terms agreed with the client.
Any such collaboration, instruction, coordination or recommendation is limited to the particular matter or engagement concerned and is governed by the terms applicable to that engagement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, such cooperation does not create or imply any partnership, joint venture, agency, exclusive alliance, permanent association or other relationship under which LawArche LLP and the relevant local counsel or professional are to be regarded as a single practice or business.
Each participating firm or professional remains independent and responsible for its own professional services, regulatory obligations and conduct.
LawArche LLP does not maintain branch offices in GCC jurisdictions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information and instructions that are, to the best of their knowledge, accurate, complete and not misleading.
Clients should provide information reasonably requested for the purposes of the relevant service, including information required to understand the matter, undertake appropriate compliance procedures or provide the agreed work.
LawArche LLP is entitled to rely reasonably upon information and documents supplied by or on behalf of a client unless circumstances indicate that further verification is appropriate.
Compliance, AML, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions
LawArche LLP is committed to taking reasonable and proportionate measures designed to prevent its services from being used in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or other financial crime.
Depending upon the circumstances of a proposed or existing engagement, LawArche LLP may undertake appropriate client due diligence, sanctions screening and other risk-based compliance procedures.
These may include enquiries concerning identity, beneficial ownership, the nature and purpose of the engagement and, where relevant, source of funds or source of wealth.
The nature and extent of any checks will depend upon the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms represents that every client or matter is subject to the same statutory anti-money-laundering requirements or reporting regime.
LawArche LLP may decline, suspend or terminate an engagement where information reasonably required for legal, compliance, sanctions, financial-crime or risk-management purposes is not provided, or where proceeding would be unlawful or inconsistent with LawArche LLP's professional or compliance obligations.
Confidentiality
LawArche LLP recognises the importance of confidentiality in professional engagements and handles client and matter information accordingly, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant engagement.
Information may be disclosed where authorised by the client, reasonably necessary for the agreed service, or required or permitted by applicable law.
Where local counsel, Subject Matter Experts or other professionals are appropriately involved in a matter, relevant information may be shared with them to the extent reasonably necessary for their role.
Electronic Communications
LAWARCHE may communicate with clients and prospective clients by email, telephone, video conference, secure online systems or other agreed electronic methods.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, accounts and access credentials.
Private consultation links and other restricted-access information must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content, branding, written materials, graphics, layout and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to LawArche LLP.
Users may view and make reasonable personal or internal business use of website content.
Website content may not be reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or presented as another person's work without appropriate permission.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website or its booking, consultation or communication systems.
In particular, you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another client's booking or consultation;
- interfere with website or consultation security;
- introduce malicious software or code;
- attempt to circumvent access restrictions;
- obtain, use or disclose private consultation links without authority; or
- use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Certain LAWARCHE website or professional-service functions may depend upon specialist third-party service providers.
These may support functions including:
- website hosting and infrastructure;
- communications;
- video conferencing;
- scheduling;
- transactional email;
- payment processing where activated;
- practice and matter management;
- document management; and
- security or technical services.
The availability of a third-party service may occasionally affect the corresponding LAWARCHE function.
Processing of personal information involving such providers is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Website Availability
LawArche LLP seeks to maintain a reliable website but does not guarantee that every website function will be continuously available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may maintain, update, suspend or modify website functionality where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that qualification, LawArche LLP is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance upon general information published on this website rather than advice provided in the context of an accepted professional engagement.
Nothing in these Terms alters any liability expressly accepted by LawArche LLP under a separate professional engagement.
Changes to These Terms
LawArche LLP may update these Terms where its services, technology, legal obligations or website functionality change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its latest revision date.
Governing Law
These Terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory laws or rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
Any question concerning jurisdiction in relation to a specific professional engagement may also be governed by the terms applicable to that engagement.
