The LAWARCHE consultation system is currently configured so that video consultations are not recorded or transcribed by default.

Private consultation access links are intended only for authorised participants and should not be shared with unauthorised persons.

Where a Telephone Consultation is booked, LawArche LLP processes the telephone number supplied by the client for the purpose of arranging and making the scheduled consultation call and administering the booking.

Where online payment functionality is made available, payment information may be processed by an appropriate specialist payment-service provider under its own security and compliance arrangements.

LawArche LLP may retain transaction-related information reasonably necessary to administer the payment and professional relationship.

LawArche LLP does not intend to require raw payment-card information to be stored within the general LAWARCHE website database.
