Overview
We advise businesses, investors and institutions on the assessment, management and resolution of complex commercial disputes. Our work is primarily advisory and strategic, with an emphasis on negotiated and amicable settlements and established alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Where appropriate, we represent clients in arbitration and other ADR proceedings, support the enforcement of foreign judgments and awards, and structure and document settlements designed to bring disputes to a clear and workable conclusion.

Acted for an investor in arbitration arising from a real estate investment fund valued at an amount equivalent to approximately £40 million, together with related real estate disputes in the UAE.
Automotive Distribution Dispute — Qatar
A member of our legal team advised in a commercial dispute between automotive distributors and an authorised dealer in Qatar, contributing to an amicable arrangement addressing the interests of the parties and avoiding further escalation of the dispute.
